Let’s Clear the Air
Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

How to get started?
The simplest way to get started is by giving us a call. We will take your details and send a follow-up email to gather some basic information about your requirements. For small-medium projects, we will often provide a free estimate before arranging a site survey, giving you an idea of potential costs.
For the most accurate estimate and final quotation, we always recommend arranging a free site survey, where we assess your property and discuss your options in detail.
What does air conditioning system involve?
Air conditioning comes in various types, including wall-mounted, floor-mounted, ducted/concealed systems, and specialised options for commercial spaces. In most installations, an indoor unit (one of the types mentioned) is connected to an outdoor unit via pipes and cables. Important information to know is these units can be used for both heating and cooling.
Because an outdoor unit is essential for standard air conditioning systems, it is important to have a suitable location for it. In some newly built flats, external units may not be permitted. In such cases, a water-based system (which does not require an outdoor unit) would be necessary; however, we do not currently provide these systems.
If you're unsure whether you can install an outdoor unit on your property, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
How long does installation take?
Most standard residential AC installations take 4 to 8 hours per unit, depending on system complexity and home layout. We’ll give you a time estimate before we start and keep you informed throughout the process.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your work?
Yes! All of our installations and repairs come with a warranty for parts and labor. We also stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee—your comfort is our top priority.
How often should I service my air conditioning unit?
We recommend servicing your AC unit at least once a year, ideally before the summer season. Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance, prevents breakdowns, and can extend the lifespan of your system.
